Look for "M" for men’s sizes and "W" for women’s sizes when selecting your fit. For example, if a shoe size is marked as M7/W9, it indicates a men’s size 7, equivalent to a women’s size 9.

To keep your EVA shoes looking their best, gently wash them by hand using lukewarm water and a mild soap, using a soft cloth or sponge to remove dirt and grime. After washing, gently dab them with a towel to remove excess moisture, then allow them to air dry completely in a cool, shady location. Avoid using machines like washers, dryers, or dishwashers. It's important to store them away from direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold, to maintain their quality over time.

EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) molds seamlessly to the foot, creating a plush, cloud-like walking experience. Strato Swanks are renowned for their featherweight feel, superb shock absorption, and the convenience of hand-washing with soap and water. Moreover, they are designed with built-in odor control and antimicrobial features to keep feet feeling fresh.

We do not offer half sizes. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend you choose one of the below: 

A narrow foot, go one size down (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 and have a narrow foot- select size 10).

A wider foot, go one size up (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 and have a wider foot- select size 11).

Our shoe soles are equipped with premium rubber soles providing exceptional grip and durability, effectively preventing scuffs.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information! Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your Strato account.

Once placed, orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days and delivered within an additional 6 – 8 business days using our fastest shipping method! If an order is placed on an evening, weekend or holiday it will begin processing the next business day.

Once an order is placed online, it becomes final and cannot be canceled. After your order ships and is received, you can start the return process. To qualify for an exchange or refund, shoes must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with their original packaging.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the merchandise, subject to the policies of your bank or financial institution. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for shoes purchased directly from our online shop at www.stratofootwear.com.

Shoes bought from other retailers or third-party vendors must be returned according to their specific store policies.

Returned items must not have been altered, damaged, worn outside, and must include their original packaging. Strato reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We acknowledge that production glitches may occur at times, and we're dedicated to addressing them as per our manufacturing standards. Our 30-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to changes in shoe appearance due to regular wear and tear over time. Specifically, the warranty excludes cases where the outsole tread shows signs of wear.

This warranty does not apply to any defects in the products
arising from:

- Normal wear and tear

- Squeaking

- Shrinking (exposure to extreme heat)

- Self damage or any other altercation/repair carried out without approval

These include precise measurements, fitting advice, and care tips to ensure your item fits well and stays in top condition.

Position your heel against the wall and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure from the back of your heel to the farthest point of your foot, usually the tip of your big toe. Repeat this process for both feet and use the longer measurement to determine your shoe size. Consult the sizing chart on the product page to choose the correct shoe size based on your measurement.

The shoes repel moisture, allowing them to perform well both in water and on land, and they dry quickly.

Additionally, they are engineered to resist bacteria and odors, ensuring comfort whether worn barefoot or not.
